Same thing happened to my brother and his wife - they found a house they loved, got the offer accepted, had the closing date, and the inspection turned up basement flooding problems, electrical problems, etc... so they were pretty bummed out, too. But it's all a learning experience, and once you guys find a place, you'll be glad you put in all the hard work and effort. We really hope everything works out for you guys!
