Hard to believe its been two years since we left little Rhodey.
What a thing to do…. pack up and head off into the country with nothing more than a Craigslist handshake and a couple of disgruntled cats.
It’s been great, though. And sad sometimes. And awesome other times. However hard or silly or non-Yankee its been (and sometimes it was all three at once), it’s all been worth it.
I miss you.

I just read through our posts from Septembers 2006 and 2007. I can’t even believe how much changes from year to year! 2006 we were sitting in an empty NC apartment looking for a house. 2007 I had just announced my pregnancy and was sleeping constantly. And here we are 2008 with Ted! This is by far the best September in NC.
ah, life is good. You all “paid your dues” and now you reap the rewards of all your hard work and sacrifices. Yea for YOU… all~y’all you.
