This past week was a crazy one. We bought a new car. I joined a mother’s group. We drove to the coast. It was very action packed.
On Tuesday we test drove the Versa and decided it was the car for us. Wednesday we got a check from the bank and went back to pick it up. It was raining so the sales guy said we could bring it back and they would wash it for us again. This turned out to be very good luck. We drove to the coast on Saturday and on the way home the car became totally encrusted with bugs. I have never seen anything like it. We drove through fields of bugs where the bugs were hitting our car at such a rate it sounded like rain. Tomorrow Pat will bring it back to the dealership to let them clean the bugs off for us.
Thursday was my first MOMS Club meeting. Everybody seems really nice and there are lots of babies Ted’s age. We will have weekly playgroups with the kids his age and then there are other activities all month long that are open to the whole group.
What a busy (but great!) week! congrats on taking the car out for a spin. It looks like Ted enjoyed the ocean. (what is that guy behind Kate doing?). It sounds like the Mom’s Club will be alot of fun! Good for you and Ted!

that guy behind Kate was just some random beach person. He had a bunch of kids, so I assume he was crawling after them.
I’m kind of scared of what will happen when Ted learns to crawl and we’re at the beach. I assume there will be a lot of sand involved :)
