AfterVictory.comMy mom, who Ted calls Gram came to visit us here at After Victory last weekend. She and Ted got to spend lots of time together, reading books, playing with blocks, and hanging out. She also got to attend his recent toddler birthday party.

We had a visitor last week from Forks of Ivy. Aunt Deirdre drove near clear across the state to visit us, dodging treacherous rock slides along the way.
We went to downtown Raleigh, Trader Joe’s, and Hemlock Bluffs state park for a hike. She treated us to supper at The Remedy Diner in downtown Raleigh, which was very tasty. Lots of fun!

We haven’t posted anything in July! Too busy doing things. We were up north for several days, and are just now getting back into the normal groove of things back home.
Here are some pics from the trip. It was great to see lots of people. Ted got to go to the beach (twice!), the zoo, a parade, the chiropractor, and visit lots of friends and family.
